I'm glad you’re here, and I'm excited about the opportunity to help you meet your health and fitness goals. Whether you’re working out now or have yet to find the best way to get into shape, you already know the importance of being healthy and feeling good about yourself. You’re surely also aware that exercise is the most important thing that you can do to reach and maintain maximum physical health and well being.

Of course, you also know that “maximum health” is easy to talk about but difficult to actually achieve.

Today’s world literally never stops, and the average workweek is increasing from 40 to 50 hours (or more). As a result, getting to the gym or simply making time to exercise is becoming increasingly difficult. We know you’re busy and that time is of the essence. We also know that it takes accountability, motivation and knowledge to stay in shape.

What makes Way Of Life Personal Training different from training with other personal trainers?

Way Of Life Personal Training was developed to encompass more than the image of a trainer standing over a client holding a clipboard and counting reps. Way of Life Training is a holistic approach to training, where a client can go beyond developing a good physique, physical strength and stamina. I work with you as your trainer and personal wellness coach. I bring you through a training process that is similar in state-of-mind as my martial arts training is to me. It develops the mind, body and breath to work together in unison. Training in this way brings higher quality to all areas of your life.

My goal is to build strength in each client physically, mentally and emotionally. I combine dynamic strength and cardio workouts, and also incorporate mind/body exercises. I want my clients to go beyond "going through the motions", which is why I take traditional strength exercises and teach them with a mind/body awareness approach. I draw from my experience from studying closely with meditation master, Daniel Johnson, of the Self Mastery Foundation (visit www.SelfMastery.com). After 6-12 weeks of training, clients not only look and feel better, but are more centered, productive and energetic at work and play, and report having improved relationships with co-workers, friends and family. The more you work on yourself, the more energy you can give to your work, your family and your life.
